Eco-friendly hosting
The website is delivered as pre-built HTML, CSS and JavaScript. No web server of our own runs continuously for it. Cloudflare states that it offsets the energy use of its network with renewable energy on a balance-sheet basis and has offset historical network emissions for 2025. These figures come from the Cloudflare Impact Report.
Privacy, implemented transparently
Cloudflare can be used in a privacy-compliant way, but that alone does not make a website GDPR-compliant. We skip tracking cookies, minimize data, and document any possible transfers outside the EEA. Cloudflare provides a data processing agreement and EU standard contractual clauses for this.
